Ally Phillips

Ally has spent 12+ years in various corporate roles, and is now a senior manager at Sportsbet, responsible for a team of 7, a significant budget and for delivering business results.

She is an expert in productivity and time management, has exceptional stakeholder management skills and has a knack for creating clear, simple structure out of messy information.

She is constantly mentoring others to increase their impact at work.

Megan Moser

Megan has 12+ years' experience across management consulting and in-house strategy. She is currently a Strategy GM at Telstra, managing a team of 10 senior leaders and recruiting for the wider 60 person team.

She has always been a mentor and advocate for the professional development, wellbeing, and career progression of her younger colleagues.

She trains teams how to add structure to complex problems, create hypothesis-led work plans that save time, and communicate in a way that resonates with a varied audience. She also has an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
